Commuforce’s, commuxform platform, revolutionizes the way communication transformation happens. traditional migration uses a simple one to one mapping of various elements of communications such as template, data, rules, workflow etc. it neither takes into consideration how the communication is delivered nor how it is consumed. it also does not take into consideration the customer touchpoint associated with the communication.

Commuxform uses an intelligent and intuitive transformation engine that breaks down the communication into structural components and groups them together for easy identification, classification, and reuse. the framework has capabilities to consume existing legacy communication such as compuset®, documerge®, and print streams and breaks that down into distinct elements/fragments

Every communication is broken down into 4 distinct elements and they are

  • Template, a composite view of all elements of a communication that are stitched together,
  • Rules, that govern that communication,
  • Data and content associated with that communication including the type, size, location, source etc., and finally,
  • Workflow associated with the assembly and delivery of the communication itself.

Commuxform maintains a database of these elements and their association with the communication. these elements can then be easily manipulated to create a relational model that can be used for future communications resulting in a higher degree of reuse and lower effort expenditure. it helps to standardize communications and maintain brand consistency. it also helps to create communications that are contextual and are based on consumer preferences such as, the channel of delivery, amount of information etc. the data present in the framework can then be analyzed for irregularities, duplicity, redundancy, and complacency. the inbuilt workflow can help curate elements individually and identify elements to carry forward for future use.
